EverWebinar Extended Trial: Offer Update and Setup Checklist

My video shows how an extended 30-day EverWebinar partner promotion worked when it was available. That historical offer should not be treated as a promise of today’s trial. As of September 17, 2026, the public offer is $1 for 14 days; check your checkout for the exact duration and next payment.

This guide helps you prepare for a useful evaluation, whether you get the standard trial or a separately confirmed extension. Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission through my links.

Why I wanted more evaluation time

In the video, I explain the problem with repeating a live presentation for small groups across different time zones. An automated webinar can reuse a recording, but you need time to get the registration, presentation, and follow-up working together.

That is why a longer trial can be helpful. It is not a guarantee that you will make a sale before the subscription starts.

What changed since the video?

The older signup flow discussed in the video required an annual commitment unless you found a trial promotion. EverWebinar now publicly lists monthly, annual, and two-year options, along with a $1/14-day trial offer.

I cannot confirm a current 30-day or 60-day trial from the old promotion alone. The public trial advertises $199 per month after 14 days unless cancelled. Read the billing summary on your chosen signup path for the applicable terms.

Prepare these items before starting

Have one recording ready, know its exact duration, and choose the action you want viewers to take afterward. Prepare a clear title, short description, offer destination, and any handout you plan to share.

Decide how you will answer questions. If nobody is monitoring chat, give attendees a clear way to contact you after the recorded session.

Check the offer and billing terms

Open the partner offer and confirm the amount due today, trial duration, renewal date, and billing interval. If a page offers an extension, make sure the order summary reflects it before completing signup.

My code SOLO40 gives 40% off your first payment across billing options. Confirm it applies in your selected checkout; a trial and discount may be separate offers. The discount does not continue for lifetime renewals. A money-back guarantee is also separate from a trial.

Build one complete automated webinar

Add the recording, set the schedule, customize the registration page, and prepare confirmation and reminder emails. Then add only the interactions your presentation needs, such as a poll, handout, or timed offer.

Follow my EverWebinar tutorial for the detailed walkthrough. If you use Kartra, connect the appropriate list and tag rules using my integration guide.

Test it as an attendee

Register with a test email address and check the schedule in the attendee’s time zone. Open the joining link, watch the entire recording, and test the offer destination. Confirm that reminders and follow-up arrive as intended.

A working video is only one part of the experience. Make sure a new visitor can understand the promise, register, join, and take the next step without help.

Measure workflow quality before sales results

Use the trial to find setup problems and see whether the experience suits your audience. Registration, attendance, and viewing data can point to improvements, but a small trial audience may not tell you much about long-term conversion.

You still need relevant traffic and a useful offer. Automation reduces repeated delivery work; it does not automatically create demand.

Decide before renewal

Compare the full subscription cost with how often you will use it. If you also run live events, check the current WebinarJam bundle before buying both products separately. See my EverWebinar pricing guide.

If you decide against continuing, cancel before the billing date shown in your account and retain the confirmation. Check the current refund terms separately.

Continue with a prepared test

The useful outcome is a working webinar you can evaluate, not simply the longest trial headline. Check the offer, prepare your content, and reserve time to test the complete attendee journey. My WebinarJam vs EverWebinar guide can help if you are still choosing between live and automated sessions.
