Automations are highly interconnected systems. Often, when one part isn’t working, the issue is tied to other steps in the chain. Fixing just one piece can require reconfiguring other parts to ensure everything works smoothly together. In some cases, the original setup may not follow best practices, which means it needs a more extensive rebuild to avoid ongoing problems.
Additionally, if someone else built the automation, I need time to fully understand how it’s structured—things like prompts, modules, and workflows. This can be time-consuming, especially if it wasn’t set up optimally.
To ensure the best outcome, I start with a paid consulting call to assess your current automation, understand the challenges, and scope the project. From there, I’ll determine whether it’s possible to improve your existing setup or if a rebuild would be a more efficient and cost-effective solution.

Automations can occasionally stop working, but it’s usually due to minor and temporary issues like expired API tokens, re-authentication needs, or depleted API limits—quick fixes that are easy to resolve by yourself.
While rare, major changes can occur, such as API endpoint deprecations where an app no longer supports a specific automated action or modifies how it functions. In these cases, the build may require updates to adapt to the changes or to find a suitable workaround.
To give you peace of mind, I offer 30 days of complimentary support after the build is completed. For those seeking extra assurance and long-term reliability, I also provide optional ongoing support and maintenance packages.
