FAQ
-
Start by submitting the form on this page and describing your automation in detail — your goals, challenges, and what you want to achieve. The more context you share, the more accurate your estimate will be. You can even record a quick Loom video if that’s easier.
If your project scope is clear, you’re comfortable with the budget range, and we just need to confirm a few final details, we can schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to finalize everything.
If you’re still exploring options or need help defining the right approach, I recommend booking a consulting call. We’ll clarify your goals, map out the workflow, and find ways to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Every automation project is custom-built, so pricing depends on factors like complexity, the number of tools, and the level of integration required.
New Automation Builds (Starting at $1,000)
Building from scratch involves a structured process:Research & Planning: Understand your workflow, identify automation opportunities, and choose the right tools.
Development & Integration: Build and connect everything into one seamless system.
Testing & Optimization: Run real-world tests to ensure reliability and smooth performance.
Support & Adjustments: Fine-tune after launch to make sure everything runs exactly as it should.
Because of the time and expertise involved, new builds start at $1,000 and scale with complexity.
Existing Automation Improvements (Starting at $350)
If you already have an automation in place, I can fix or improve it. Simple projects—like repairing a broken workflow, optimizing an existing setup, or adding new integrations—typically range from $350–$1,000, depending on scope. -
Absolutely.
Here’s how it works:
Start by sending a quick 2–3 minute screen recording (Loom is free and easy to use) showing the issue, along with a short explanation of what’s going wrong. Once I review it, I’ll let you know whether it’s a quick fix or if a rebuild would be a smarter, more cost-effective solution.Pricing:
For simple fixes, I charge an hourly rate (most issues are resolved within 1–2 hours).
If the automation needs a deeper rebuild, I’ll recommend a flat project rate — often the better choice for larger systems that weren’t set up optimally.
Because automations are interconnected systems, even small errors can point to deeper setup issues. My goal is to help you fix the root cause, not just patch things temporarily.

Automations are like any other software — they’re built to run reliably but still need occasional maintenance.
I design every build with stability and longevity in mind, using the most reliable tools and best practices available. Still, there are a few scenarios to understand:
Minor, temporary issues: Sometimes, small hiccups occur — things like expired API tokens, re-authentication needs, or hitting API limits. These are quick fixes that can usually be resolved in a few clicks.
Platform or API changes: In rarer cases, apps update or discontinue features, endpoints, or APIs. When that happens, the automation may need to be updated or adjusted to stay compatible.
Edge cases and evolution: Like all software, automations can reveal unique edge cases over time or need updates as your business changes.
To give you peace of mind, I include 30 days of complimentary support after your automation is completed. For ongoing reliability and proactive monitoring, I also offer long-term support and maintenance options.
